VILLAGE OF GREENPORT CORONAVIRUS BULLETINS
Mayor Hubbard and the Board of Trustees are pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees and the Historic Preservation Commission will hold meetings in the month of May 2020, using the GoToMeeting platform.
The Historic Preservation Commission will hold a public meeting on May 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. and will hold a public hearing on May 27, 2020 on an application by Claudio's.
The Board of Trustees Work Session will be held on May 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. and the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on May 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
The Planning and Zoning Boards may also hold meetings in May, depending on whether completed applications can proceed to the Planning and Zoning Boards, or must first be heard by another Board.

Please note that the public bathrooms in Mitchell Park remain closed.
The Mayor and Board strongly recommend that you please use a face covering while in public.
Also, kindly continue to respect the social distancing rules currently in place.

It is expected that the Board of Trustees will conduct a Work Session Meeting in May, on May 21st.
That meeting may be held via videoconference, and details will be provided closer to that date, as they become available.

The April 2020 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 23, 2020.
The meeting will be held via videoconference, with listening engagement only for the public, per the instructions below.
